What “lifetime” means
Your partner listing stays on the HandshakePro Partners page for as long as the HandshakePro Partners programme runs. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the programme, not of your business or of any person.
One-time fee
The partnership is a single one-time fee agreed with HandshakePro before approval. There are no renewals or recurring charges for the listing.
Content rules
Your name, logo, description and website must be lawful, accurate and not offensive or misleading.
We do not accept gambling, betting, tobacco or alcohol brands, or content that promotes them.
Removal of a listing
HandshakePro may remove a listing that breaks these rules or the law. If a listing is removed for a breach, any refund is at HandshakePro’s discretion and may be pro-rated or withheld depending on the breach.
If the programme ends
If HandshakePro ever closes the Partners programme, we will give partners at least 30 days’ notice by email. We will set out the refund or notice policy that applies at that time.
Your logo and details
You keep ownership of your logo and brand. You grant HandshakePro a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Partners pages, in the app and in related promotion of the programme.
You can ask us to edit your details at any time.
