Delete your HandshakePro account
HandshakePro — cricket scoring and live streaming app by HandshakePro (handshakepro.in)
You can delete your HandshakePro account and personal data at any time. Choose one of the two options below.
How to delete your account
- Option A — In the app (instant): open HandshakePro → Profile tab → Delete my account → type DELETE → tap Delete permanently. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
- Option B — By email: send an email to support@handshakepro.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account".
Email us
When it happens: email requests are handled within 7 days, and we send you a confirmation email when it's done.
Data that is deleted
- Your name, email address and profile photo
- Your Google / Apple sign-in link
- Your YouTube channel connection and saved stream keys (we also revoke our access with Google)
- Feedback and ratings you sent us
- Device and sign-in session data, and email sign-in codes
Data that is kept (anonymised)
- Match scorecards you scored stay public for the other teams and players. Team and player names on scorecards stay, but your account details are removed from them.
- Videos already uploaded to YouTube stay on your own YouTube channel. To delete them, open YouTube Studio → Content → Live, select the videos and choose Delete forever.
How long we keep data
Server backups and logs that may still hold your data are cleared within 30 days of deletion. If the law requires us to keep any record, we keep it only for as long as required.
